“Gangnam Style” by PSY is not the most viewed song on YouTube anymore, “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa ft Charlie Puth, a Furious 7 (2015) sountrack (starring Vin Diesel, late Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham) with 2,961,633,261 views (as on 26th July 2017) over took “Gangnam Style” which has 2,911,831,795 views.

The craze and hysteria that Gangnam Style generated ever since it got published on YouTube, on the 15th of July 2012, cannot be compared to any other song or artist..in the last 2 decades.

PSY earned more than $8 million just from his YouTube video for “Gangnam Style”, the highest earnings for a stand-alone artist on YouTube to date.”Gangnam Style” made people happy, crazy, cheerful and confident..wherever or whenever they listened to the song, in any part of the globe.

On the contrary, “See You Again” made people cry, depressed, sad and gloomy… as it was a tribute to the late Paul Walker who died in a car crash, on November 30th, 2013.

“See You Again” was published on YouTube, on April the 6th 2015, almost 3 years after “Gangnam Style” was published, but still managed to overtake “Gangnam Style” within 2years and 3 months of it’s release.

The phenomenal success of “See You Again” just goes on to show, how much popular the Fast and Furious movie franchise really is…and how much more do people miss the late Paul Walker.
