Spider-Man is an American film of 2002, adapted from the most popular character from Marvel Comics, the Spider-Man. This was a film that was directed by Sam Raimi and written by David Koepp.

Synopsis of Spider-Man the film
An orphaned boy, Peter Parker is raised by his Aunt May and his Uncle Ben in the borough of Queens in New York. After being bitten by a genetically modified spider that had escaped from a laboratory he visited with his class, he developed superhuman powers.
He had gotten extraordinary strength and agility, the ability to adhere to the walls with only with feet and hands, as well as a spider-sense, warning him of imminent dangers.
Norman Osborn, president and founder of Oscorp, is experimenting with a product on which he works. But it affects his personality: he becomes violent, aggressive and kills his assistant in the laboratory.

But Spider-Man neutralizes him. Norman radically changes his personality and forces his son to break with Mary-Jane.
Donning his costume of Green Goblin, Norman Osborn captures Spider-Man and proposes to him an alliance to destroy the city. After rescuing a baby from a fire, Spider-Man turns on the Green Goblin and confronts it in response to his offer.
Offended, the Green Goblin injuries and sends Aunt May to the hospital and takes a hostage, Mary-Jane, as well as a few others.
