The Best Of Boyz II Men (#ad)
On July 26, 1994, Boyz II Men released what would become the best hit that year and it was thanks to the Motown Record Label.
"I’ll Make Love to You" comes from their second album II which became a huge success after maintaining a top position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for weeks.
In the US itself, the track sold over 1.6 million copies and made a spotlight in the UK as well.
As a number 19 all-time top 100 songs on the Billboard, the track has won two American music awards for favorite pop/rock single and favorite soul/R&B single plus the 1995 Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo/Group with Vocals.
The music video portrays a love story between a man and a woman whose love develops as time goes by. During their tour, they performed live at Hitsville and gave a pre-Grammy performance in January 2010. They were live at Columbus on May 12, 2017.
With over 102 million views so far, "I’ll Make Love to You" has maintained it's glamour and soothing feeling despite the numerous R&B songs released globally.
Available on major music streaming services, the track has made it's writer and producer, Baby Face, proud. In a recent scandal, Shawn Stockman was caught pants down cheating on his wife.
According to Michael McCary, a band former member, his departure from the group was not an easy one. He was battling multiple sclerosis for 20 years.
Though he claims the band abandoned him, Shawn, Nathan, and Marc deny, saying.. he left on his own volition and they were respecting his privacy.
Worldwide, Boyz II Men are known for their outstanding performances and admired for their angelic harmonies. They are a team envied by many but a victim of media speculations.
