"Watch Me" was the song that brought out Silento with such a big bang and it wasn’t going to go unnoticed. The song was released on 5th of March 2015 and it went viral within a matter of days.

Song features a set in the high school gymnasium where the rapper is seen doing the dance moves together with fans, cheerleaders and also a trio of conservative women.

The song was a big hit to the extent of going past 1.3 billion views on YouTube as of August 2017 and this was a significant boost to this American rapper.

The song rocketed to fame and it even peaked number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and it stayed on this spot for six non-consecutive weeks.

Believe it or not, the song stayed on the top ten of that list for eighteen weeks before dropping out in October.

"Watch Me" became an inspiration to dance videos that received tens of millions of views on YouTube, and it was also used by Nickelodeon to advertise their Labor Day weekend lineup of shows.
