“Miss You Much” is her third longest running number one single behind “All for You” and “That’s the Way Love Goes.”
The song “Miss You Much” received two Grammy Awards nominations, and it was awarded two American Music Awards and was also awarded the Billboard Award for Top Hot 100 Single of the Year.
The music video for the song which currently has more than 5.6 million views on YouTube, was choreographed by Antony Thomas and directed by Domini Sena.
The black and white video was filmed in August 1989 and its choreography and chair routine are considered to be iconic in pop culture.
